Mentor Training in Math and Science -- This was a 3 day workshop for those teachers who would like to mentor first and second year math or science teachers.  This workshop provided leadership training for mentors as well as specific skills for working with math and science teachers.
This institute was particularly appropriate for those who wanted to play a positive role in retaining new math and science teachers.  Also intended for those who oversee and conduct professional development for the mentors who work with beginning teachers.
