PROPOSALS: We invite proposals on a variety of
topics for several types of papers, posters, and videos. The
deadline for proposals is February 1; late proposals will be accepted on a
space-available basis.
FEES: Registration includes proceedings on CD, two
breakfasts, two lunches, a reception, coffee breaks, and
all sessions. The registration
fee is $100 until February 1, and $150 afterwards. Onsite
registration will require payment
by check or cash. Online registration is preferred and will accept
credit
cards. TRAVEL SUPPORT: Some funding is available for
speakers who are
not PI's or Evaluators. Contact us for more
details.
HOTEL: The Crystal City Doubletree Hotel is
conveniently located on the
Metro just outside Washington, DC. Note that special
conference rates are available. You must make reservations by
February 12 to receive these reduced
rates. Note:
The hotel has agreed to make a limited number of rooms available
at these rates
until February 21 on a space available basis.
PROCEEDINGS: All the abstracts will be available on this web site and at the conference. After the conference, the full papers that are submitted will also be online. A CD with the abstracts and papers will be mailed to participants after the conference. Additional copies will be available for a nominal charge.
