Fees

• Registration includes proceedings on CD, coffee breaks, exhibits, and all sessions including the workshops.
• The conference will offer interactive workshops. Attendance is limited to assure their effectiveness. Advance registration is required for the Sunday morning workshops, but not those on Friday and Saturday.
• There is an optional conference banquet on the evening of April 18.
• After April 1, 2002, late registration fees apply. Onsite registration will require payment by check or in cash. Online registration is preferred and will accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover.) Purchase orders are not accepted.
